Pete Karpyk, Weir High School Science Teacher, was recently honored by PBS as a 2010 PBS Teacher Innovator. Out of approximately 700 applicants, he was selected as a 2nd prize winner. In addition to various PBS gifts, he will partner with PBS and local television stations as a leader in classroom innovation.
